These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Eagle Eye Holiday Homes Rental L.L.C. Platform by Agents (travel agencies, affiliates, or individuals booking on behalf of customers). By registering as an Agent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Onboarding and Verification

Agents must:

• Provide accurate business details (e.g., name, license, bank info for commissions).
• Undergo manual screening by Eagle Eye.
• Update details if changed.

Failure to comply may result in rejection or termination.

2. Responsibilities

Agents must:

• Book accurately on behalf of customers, ensuring details match IDs.
• Inform customers of House Rules and Cancellation Policy.
• Not sublease/share properties without written permission from Eagle Eye, per UAE Law No. (26) of 2007 Article 25(1)(b).

3. Commissions

Commissions are paid per booking, as per your Agent Agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Agents must not disclose customer or Eagle Eye data except as required for bookings. See Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

Eagle Eye may terminate your access for violating these Terms, house rules, or UAE laws, without notice.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved by Eagle Eye's final decision.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE laws, including Dubai-specific regulations.

8. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
