2. Booking Process

You can search for holiday homes or coliving spaces by criteria like location, dates, and guests. Bookings are confirmed instantly upon payment via our Property Management System (PMS). If a property is unavailable, it will not be bookable. You must present booking confirmation and a valid ID (matching registration details) at check-in, verified manually. Denied entry may occur if details don't match, with no refund. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
• The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and http://eagleeyebnb.com/ policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Reviews or content you submit (e.g., via Google Reviews) remain your property, but you grant Eagle Eye a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for Platform purposes. You must not infringe third-party IP rights.

9. No Subleasing or Sharing

Subleasing or sharing properties without written permission from Eagle Eye is strictly prohibited, per UAE Law No. (26) of 2007 Article 25(1)(b). Violations result in immediate eviction without refund and potential account termination.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Eagle Eye's liability for any losses (e.g., booking issues, property defects) is limited to the booking value paid. We are not liable for guest belongings or third-party actions.

11. Force Majeure

Eagle Eye is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). Refunds, if applicable, follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, house rules, or UAE laws, without notice or refund.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be resolved by Eagle Eye's final decision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai-specific regulations.
