Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines cancellations and refunds for bookings on the Eagle Eye Holiday Homes Rental L.L.C. Platform.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

1. Guest Cancellations

  • 7+ days before check-in: 100% refund (excluding Telr fees, if any).
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 75% refund.
  • Less than 3 days: No refund.

2. Host Cancellations

If Eagle Eye cancels a booking (e.g., property unavailable), you receive a 100% refund.

4. No Other Provisions

No additional refunds apply unless required by UAE law.

1. إلغاءات الضيوف

  • قبل 7 أيام أو أكثر من تسجيل الوصول: استرداد 100% (باستثناء رسوم تيلر، إن وجدت).
  • من 3 إلى 7 أيام قبل تسجيل الوصول: استرداد 75%.
  • أقل من 3 أيام: لا استرداد.

2. إلغاءات المضيف

إذا ألغت إيجل آي الحجز (مثل عدم توفر العقار)، ستتلقى استردادًا بنسبة 100%.

3. ودائع التأمين

4. لا توجد أحكام أخرى

لا تنطبق مبالغ مستردة إضافية ما لم يقتضِ القانون الإماراتي ذلك.
